How to run LAMMPS on QuickMDSim — in the browser, or from the agent you already use.

QuickMDSim is a browser workbench and job runner for LAMMPS. The loop is the same wherever you sit:

  1. Create a project
  2. Write an input script (and any potential files)
  3. Submit a job
  4. Read the log and download outputs

Connect Hermes, Claude, or Cursor. Mint a token, point at the endpoint, run jobs from the agent.

Open the workbench

Edit inputs in the browser, pick 1 / 2 / 4 cores, and download results when the job finishes.
